Refund policy

 

All returns must be authorized in advance. Ronells accepts returns on unopened, unused products for 30 days after the order is received. To receive an authorization, please contact us with your name, order number and the reason for the return, and we will email you return instructions.

If the product being returned has been used or opened, please be detailed when you give the reason for the return. We will try to accommodate return requests, but we reserve the right to deny returns on opened and used products. The customer must cover the cost of return shipping for all returns that are not the result of errors by Ronells.
